A craze? Or an effective joint pain reliever with extra benefits?
I wondered whether or not to believe the craze or not. But my mom gave me a bag of it so I decided to try it out.
I'm an Equestrian and a Weightlifter so my joints take a pounding and I feel it.
This is one of the best decisions I've made in a while.
I ate 1/4tsp every day for 3 days. Felt improved. So I decided to go 3 days without it. By day two I knew it was true. My joints began to complain again. So I starting eating it again. By day two I felt good again.
So although it may not work for everyone this one is worth a shot!
(Pun intended lol)
